Mark as Useful She is a true nut case if you do not do business with her her way!!!!!! Presents herself as a professional (if you can ever reach her by phone) until you meet her in person then thr gutter appears. My transaction finally came together thanks to the realtor on my end but only after costing thousands of $$$$$$$$$$$$ to both the buyer and the seller (me). She should be bagging groceries rather than dealing with people in the real estate industry.
